I want 4 mil. You won't find anyone else selling such a massive amount of property all stuffed in together on this server.

I just reduced the price as it was way higher than the price of the deeds by way too much.

I got Kafka's other property I wanted as well, Its a shame he didnt take our money to stuff in his bank if he ever came back.

Congrats. I'm glad i was on at the right time to time this to the second.

All i got from kafkas other property was a sash and 4 dp kegs

Just curious....

1. How many people on this shard have 5mil+ in the bank?
2. How many of those actually need/want new housing?

1: More then you'd probably like , although most people spend the gold as soon as they get it on either rares, or property.

2: We always need more housing! I'm about to put up a tower with in feet of the brit GY, and now Ill have a keep next to my castle (wewt)

I lowered the price to a more accurate amount. Roughly 65k over deed prices and what i paid for the castle.
