tbh, even though it is a necro reg, blackfoot said there are only like 20 in whole shard, and teph and i have 2 of them , blackfoot has one or 2, that makes like 16 or 17 left in whole game, lol

As far as I know before halloween there was only one on the shard and it was in Blackfoot's museum. Luth and I got only 2 batwing on Halloween after 3500 homes. If that's and all indicative of the frequency, I suspect 20 on the shard is a high estimate. And they won't be spawning again any time soon, if ever.
