Problem with spell timers.
Please help. After I cast, I have to wait 3 seconds before I can cast another spell. On other shards spell recast time is much faster for me and the ping is the same as here. I am using client 5.0.8.3.

It should be more like 3/4 of a second. If you hold your target though, you'll be able to rescast immediately.
