Yea, and no neighbors, as the hight difrences in the desert limits down the house spots.

If I had the cash, I would absolutely buy this spot. I'm in the process of putting together a training tower for new players, or new characters. I have a tower placed right now, but it's not in an ideal spot. Next to a shrine, however, is of course a PERFECT spot for something like that.

Anyways good luck selling, and for the record, Desert > Swamp, in the abstract. Add to it being next to a shrine and being the only tower possible in that desert, and you've got icing on the cake.

Yea it would be a very nice spot for a rookie training tower, lotsa eart elementals around to skill on and as you say a shrine just infront to ress. It is actually possible to place Towers at 2 more spots in the desert but they are already taken by Patios, and not near the the shrine.
