Anyone know whats goin on? I usually put a tack on Lord Britishs seat once or twice a week and now i cant get in.

Someone closed it; you need to teleport over the top and double-click the gears to raise it back up.

I have been able to open it by just double clicking the winch from the ground. Sometimes it takes a few tries.

Don't worry, I didn't know about this either, and last time I saw it I just gave up. So you're at least doing slightly better because you decided to post here about it and not just turn away denied and ashamed.
