tinkering bug?

I started a tinker and was trying to make some fletcher's tool, but I cant find it in the skill menu... the skill needed for that is 35 and I got 50 (yeah I got ingots) :?:

you have to use the skill from the skill list

you cant use tinkering from the skill list like stealing, stealth or whatever cuz theres no button for it, its like using BS from the list, you cant

There is no fletcher's too, I believe. Instead, you can use any sharp item,e.g., daggers.

Chum has it right. During T2A, fletching was purely based on having a sharp object around (it made the dagger MUCH more useful). You would get the same old style gump system for fletching as you would for any other skill if you simply double clicked your dagger and targetted your logs or boards. You would also get the usual sound for fletching, and you would have a message that would appear above your head while you fletched to indicate when you started and whether you suceeded (it was a 10 second delay between fletching attempts and you would perform the salute animation if you were fletching while standing still).
