I have a new modem, ethernet cable, wall drop, repeater, coaxial, pretty much everything. It all seems to be working great, so thanks to those who recommended it. Only time will tell I guess.

Its too bad you think this issue has been fixed; I was going to recommend we have a drinking game tonight: everytime Matron disconnects, we take shots. Should be drunk in under an hour or two.

Quit put all the old crap back, I NEED to play this lol
When you play with fire, there is a 50/50 chance something will go wrong, and nine times out of ten it does.

I hooked everything new up ect.
It dropped earlier, but we will see how it goes later when it usually happens.

Re: I pretty much quit uo
A third technicial came out. This guy seemed to actually know something about electricity, rather than the usual series of network troubleshooters they sent before. When they replaced my modem they replaced the modem itself, and the AC adaptor, both times.
Enter new cable guy.
He finds that the Adaptor is delivering .25a, while the FCC requirement on the modem is 1a. The modem was getting 1/2 the power it required. He went to get me a new Adaptor, came back shortly and replaced it.
This was yesterday morning, and I have had no issues at all since!
Wow, that was frustrating. Thanks everyone for the advice.
