Anatomy doesn't have passive gains during this era.

To gain anatomy just run a macro that uses the skill and targets someone else, this can be done as part of the healing macro to target the person you are healing.

You can actually gain pretty high from just healing damage. My PvM dexer has 97 healing or something, I never bothered to finish it because I never play a dexer. I was still gaining the occasional point at that level healing my other characters while training resist, but it's brutally slow, lol
