Need a Vendor house to make $$?

Bout a month ago I purchased a small house right next to Vesper/Minoc Moongate. I was planning on running my vendors out of it, just havent taken the time to set any up yet. So the house is just sitting there.

Anyone thats not lucky enough to have a yew house or good location house. PM me here or AIM(Jeebs is Savvy) me. Ill gladly co-own you so you can set a vendor. Im not asking any payment. Just want to see the house active, I dont plan to sell it.
