Tourney Charges

Can you use weapons with charges in the 1v1 tourmaments? Like deamons breath and stuff?

What about G heal wands can those be used?

if magic weapons/items are allowed in the particular tounament, then you can use magic weapons (with charges or not), wands and jewelery.
