Did i miss the patch that made this stop? I killed a handful today, and didnt lose anything. Im only at sinister lord so im not to low to lose.

Yes, sorry, this change was made in code on Jan 10, not sure when it was published, this should have been in patchnotes:
- Duplicate skinning knife removed from furtraders
- Notoriety adjusted on healers, lowered to escortable healer level
