Resist gains guide

Hello,

I am having trouble locating a basic resist guide.

Right now I have 50 resist 50 magery and 0 meditation.

I have a character on a secondary account that can heal me while I macro.

What spells should I cast at which skill levels? About how many regs should I buy for each spell?

Fire field to 55
Lightning to around 62
E-bolt to around 82
and FS all the way home
