Hats aren't included but the blue bag has the 2 yards of blue cloth from the original hat.

Ill bid 16.5k for all of this as a package, ( the blue cloth is dye-able blue ) so nothing rare in those feathered hats. ( If you have white hats Ill buy them as well at 20k ) i will not sell them to Mr Fancy hat GK.
