GM Lockpicking and Tinkering and using a Blank Key housedoor

Has anyone tried this?/Is this possible?

Getting a Character to GM tinkering and Gm lockpicking.

Getting a blank key double click and targeting a door.

Will this work?

Can someone confirm/deny this?

GM lockpicking is no laughing matter, and I doubt many GM tinkers are GM lockpickers, but good luck in your endeavor!

I was told this would not work, I will try this out at one point any way : )

Or ask an admin to do it on a test server (hopefully they will be interested, or will simply tell me this is not possible)

The idea is to duplicate a key from a house door (just a thought this has not appeared anywhere)

If this works house break-ins will be a much more interesting feature O_O.

That is a gamebreaker, and unless it was present in era (and even if so), I doubt it will be put in here.

I remember playing on sphere shards where you could duplicate keys that were inside people's packs using a blank key. (they were blessed, so everyone had one)
That was a LOT of fun.
