Locked Doors?

I am just goin off my memory here. I seem to rem when I played as a kid when you unlocked one door of a house that had 2 doors in the front they both unlocked and not just one side of the door. I may be completley wrong here tho.

there was some patch about this in the past year . and new placed homes with 2 doors on the front when you open them it only opens the door you are standing at. older homes still both doors open.

maybe derricks house got looted by chum and this caused the patch i dont know.
