(Note: They were only placeable outside a house until Dec 31, 1998.)I manged to find a matching Ticket and chose a Xmas tree.
I placed it outside my Tower. But when I and other click on it it says:

They were automatically re-deeded in 2000 (dropped to ground unlocked), but I can't find anything regarding that from 1999.Also on Feb 2nd, all standing xmas trees will be deleted. You can
re-deed the tree and save it for next year, though.
