Ok guys, Cattie was able to take the 5 mil. I gave her 5 tower deeds. I asked her if it was ok since her char. was in C^V and she said not to worry about it, she'd be happy to take it all. Man... allies are great!
eta: chainsoar asked for my username/password and said it was part of the application process. I didn't see it in the sticky, but I am the new guy so I figued better safe than sorry and gave it all to him.
