I am trying to get runes marked to all the NPC mage shops in the various towns. Here is what I have so far. Can you all tell me if I am missing any?
Britain - 2
Moonglow - 2
Trinsic - 1
Delucia - 1
Vesper - 2
Skara Brae - 2
Jhelom - 1
Magincia - 1

vesper has 3 instead of 2.
ofcoarse there are 4 shops i think that have npcs who sell regs in Moonglow
Puapa has one or two right next to each other.
and serpent's hold. You may also wanna chk provisioners as well for heal regs. I believe they carry just straight gheal regs or mini heal.
