Forums and Ignore (Foe) List

Currently, it is impossible to put a forum moderator on as your Foe so that you can ignore them and block all PMs. I realize that this is appropriate for staff, but I suggest that, if possible, it be changed so that non-staff forum moderators can be added to the Foe list.

The Foe list is a good way for players to keep the forums, and indeed the game, much healthier, without all the incessant bickering, etc., that have plagued it in the past. I may be the only one to make heavy use of it right now, but it should be promoted and made more effective!
