*EDIT* As I just found out, the keep that I am drawing a line to in the photo is a rune library packed with all sorts of runes etc. That will not only be awesome to travel around but will bring much business to the area

Yes, it was. I was going to set up a vendor house and then decided against it. I dont have enough time irl to do what I had planned with it so I figured I would sell it to somebody who would actually use it properly.

*edit* - This deal will be brokered to be safe for both parties. I prefer Rammar or Pirul. All have wonderful broker reps and are all great people.
