Sorry for not responding earlier, haven't been home most of the day. That's a very fair buyout offer, I'll itemize the packages tonight/tomorrow morning and figure out what I was looking to get. I am 90% sure it's more than fair but I'm on very little sleep and coming down with a cold so I want to sleep on it.
