Agreement details for LShape by Yew Gate

SethHerran and his brother are entering an agreement to purchase my L Shape by Yew gate. The terms are as follows, Seth and Casus will pay me a minimum of 2000 gold or 1000 boards a week until the final purchase price of 225,000 gold has been met. They will remain coowners of the house until the price has been paid in full at which time I will transfer to whichever character they choose. So far 20k has been put down, so a total of 205k is due at this time.
