editing razor macros

im having a hard time figuring out how to edit razor macros, how to i make a custom one? when i go into my computer files and get into the razor files i dont see a folder that should be there called (macros) with a bunch of notepad files... if i try and record a macro i cant figure out how to not make it go for the 30 seconds before it loops cause id like it to go for 10 seconds

They were moved into the C:\users folder in won7. I thought nk they're in AppData maybe.

I'd suggest making a backup of your profiles/macros, Razor has a tendency to shit out every now and then and delete profiles.
