What player run events do you want ?!!!

Former vet here coming back. Would like to try to organize some events if there is any interest. I've ran events before w high success but I do not know the current culture or player base wants and needs !

Therefore I ask you what kind of player run events would you like to see? Most of my past events have been PVP related but I am open to all kinds of ideas.

My first thought would be a pvp league if there was any interest in that. It's been done here a couple times but I think we could make some changes to even improve it. And it allows people to complete on their own time if they arnt around for event times.

Weekly pvp tournaments ?

FFAs ?

Scavenger hunts ?

BUCs den fight nights ?

Summoner wars ?

No one on UOSA can run an ongoing PvP league without staff help, which causes limitations. Everyone I know who would want that would want the flaming neon signs that go with it. AshBorn's weekly PvP tournament was the best thing I've seen on this server.

Once you have your decision on event type, flag me down in IRC or shoot me a PM on the forums. I'll let you know how Staff can help. Typically for first time event runs staff assistance is limited (I'll promote it on IRC, in-game with the town crier, and on our Facebook). If it's not an obvious location, we can provide a moongate from the Britain event post to the place. If the event becomes a regularly ran event, Staff assistance may increase depending on what makes sense.

i voted for an ongoing PVP League, but i am interested in anything PvP or fair game to all sort of players, new players and old.

something that doesnt place me versus the best of UO in the first round lol.

would be great to have Tiers of pvpers depending on skill, so that the lesser experienced of us (like myself) have competition and can see just how good we are.

I myself would like a backgammon tournament at one of the player-run taverns, with vendors selling cheese and wine.
