Can't seem to get anywhere.. And heard of some runelibrarys that has existed. But never been seen?

Im suppost to find: "It guides the way on the Northern Peninsula"

Have been clicking on every sign, post and strange thing on the northern hemisphere without success.
Must be stupid getting stuck on the first clue.. :/

My scavenger runebooks are still preserved with my runebook library at the UOSA museum, the castle not the tower. Back row. 2 books.

Thx everybody that has assisted me.
I'm now at clue nr 18 and even though I found your runelibrary useful Ultra I couldn't
round up the right place for this one:

"This appears to be the meeting place of the Mages of the Undead"

So it's got to be somewhere that I haven't thought about yet.

Ruins at Yew
Ruins below Trinsic
Every other ruin in Britannia
City of the Dead - T2A
Haunted Ruins -T2A
Lich lord room
skeletal magi room

Pretty sure I've been to other places aswell in my search...
But no luck, so any tips pointing in the right direction would
be appreciated, and even if you don't know i would
appreciate your wildes guess aswell since I've got nothing..

Try Covetous level 3. It's a wild guess, but the building seems like a "meeting place" even though only one spawns.

Took me ages just to research them and track down the locs, and they were spot on in 2012. I tried digging for my old notebook to verify the locations but no luck. If I get time in the coming weeks I may get them all again because it's probably going to bug me now.

Finally I was rewarded with the helmet. I think it was 24 or 25 clues that needed
to be unraveled to reach the end. Exhausting even with youre help when the
brain in charge is slow.
