If anybody has a small house deed just lying around, maybe stolen before they were newbied, and would be willing to sell it at a discount I'd love to buy it. I've been monster hunting as much as I can to afford one, but I'm still a good amount of time away from paying full price.

deeds sell back at full amount, you wont find it discounted unless they are in a gifty mood.
