Buying Nightmare Spawn Locations - 10k each

I'm looking to buy nightmare spawn locations.

I will pay 10k per location. Caveats:

1) I want to see a nightmare there when we recall/gate there
2) I want ONE taming attempt at it
3) We then go back to town and I give you 10k

If I fail to tame it on that first try, no problem. We recall back to town, I pay you, and then it's a free-for-all if you want to try to tame it, PK me, etc. I just want one attempt.

Roadkill's boat just out the East gate of Delucia has these for free. They're there, mornings are best time to check

I've checked those two pretty constantly and have yet to see one I'll try the mornings (do you have times you're specifically referring to?) but I work 8am-6pm EST. If you're talking like 9am-12noon, maybe my only hope is weekends!
