archery to GM

What is the best method of accomplishing this? I've tried on an NPC but the damage is too substantial (even with locked tactics at 0) Blade spirits sound very expensive. Is there something I'm missing?

put a bow on and go hunt some orcs :)

1 char casts a blade spirit over a table, archer shoots it. I started with 0 last night and am at 96 right now only using 4k arrows.

Honor guard from 0-70 polar bear to gm best way I've gmd it 3 times.

you can get them by most fortified structures found alongside roadways...you have to attack them then withdraw...unless there is a way to entice them, never tried.
