i installed from the link from derricks sticky and it installed and immediately opened. The screen is black but i believe to fix that i just point to the location of the file... The problem is there is no icon on my desktop. The blue icon does not appear. I have installed and uninstalled several times with no luck.

Right click the desktop, go to New, select Shortcut, point to uoam.exe in it's installation directory, and VIOLA!
