Hail everyone. Thankfully for me, after this entire ordeal; I was approached by an interested buyer who happily offered more than the highest bid when this auction ended. I took his offer rather than re-list this property and risk a repeat of this thread. Thanks to everyone who was legitimately interested in this property and bid appropriately. This property is now off the market having been sold.

I couldn't agree more. I'm glad the drama is over... but it begs the question, we all know Dunder shouldn't be able to bid anymore.... But if a seller posts something and then takes a BO from someone without disclosing to the original bidders in order to be fair, do they really deserve being considered legit when another SELL post is made?
Sucks, I really wanted the house and would have loved to bid again or make BO offers myself. Also, I asked early on if there was a buyout option, Bixby said no. But now there is, and no one got notified.
Oh well, sucks, but all good.
