What about pack horses? I believe my pack horse was gated out mistakenly once, as I didn't consider that an exotic animal and didn't expect it to be targeted. Is there somewhere I can file a complaint and lawsuit in an attempt to get reimbursed?

My enticer has a strong working relationship with the lich lord community. If he sees a pack animal unattended it will be gated to the undead associates to be devoured. This is outside the scope of this department. Unless of course you were selling said pack animals and had a permit to do so.

We have a database in our private forum. It gets updated regularly. So quite the opposite, a permit has much worth.

Everyone is usually good about checking it before any enforcement but there have been one or two instances where someone who had a permit was harassed. They were promptly and properly reimbursed and given a sincere apology. The permit system works.
