Id be interested. I am 11 days on this shard now, but have been playing heavily. 10 Years ago was the last time i set foot in this wonderful world. I would like to purchase this house, i currently have a large brick deed and 30k in the bank. I am as we speak gathering gold, let me know if something can be done.

you are getting there. A L shape deed is like 194K.
