A townie dexxer.
Spells dont work in town, and when more than half of the pvpers are tank mages, this cripples them. It makes being a townie dexxer terribly cheap.

If Matron is correct that 80 Snooping is sufficient (I'd want to be 100% sure they never saw the "you see someone peeking into your belongings" message, if I was hidden), I'd go with:
100 Stealing
80 Snooping
100 Wrestling
90 Magery
100 Hiding
100 Stealth
50 Tracking
80 Meditation

I'm pretty sure everyone knows that Matron plays a thief as a main.
Also a lot of people have the snooping messages filtered through razor..

Filter snoop message only filters "repeat" messages, you will still get the initial message.

O,and i want some sort of pvp character, not pvm.(not strictly pvp,but a template that deals with other players in some way)
If you're looking to have fun & get into some fights, go with some sort of thief. You could even make one dexxer & one mage/hybrid thief, or make your "scout" and have it be a thief as well. A thief can make a good all around and fun character to play, but I'd recommend starting out as a dexxer/thief with hiding.

Good luck & have fun.

You don't have to play expensive but if you play cheap you're going to lose money.
Think about how many times you would have lived if you had a few cure pots, maybe a heal or 1. Maybe a few refreshes. A dexer without refreshes has less defense than a dexer with 5 refreshes because they will have less offense on a mage. A good strat for a dexer is to get a mage low, then run if you don't wanna fight. Well, if you have 30 stamina because a mage comboed you then you're not going to be hitting very fast at all until you drink a red pot.
The mage will have to cast gheal and while you run away you'll be ahead nicely.
There's no reason to go the cheap way, that's trashy. Show some dignity and carry stuff that will help you survive in pve AND pvp.
i generally find having a precast recall whenever possible while pvming on a dexer will get you out of 99% of situations. except that one time where the pks just happen to run in as you apply a bandage. when you're in the middle of fighting a lich and get jumped by a mage PK, you dont have time to go on the offense so you can put some distance between you.
i carried pouches on my character from having 60 fencing.. that is important. most people will not be able to kill you on the run (unless they're carrying explosions), so carrying pouches is pretty much = win in terms of escaping
