That's actually the same giant spider, damn thing kept following me around. They spawn way up the peninsula above the two top L's but sometimes they wander down.

Ill offer 1.1 mill for the entire lot. That beats out the two tower deeds for the tower and L shape, and offers 50K each for the small houses.

Or offers Deed price for each small, and greatly exceeds the offer on the tower and L shape.
OR
50K each Small (Deed + 6K)
600K for the tower (Deed + 170K)
and 300K for the L shape (Deed + 100K)

Which ever way you wish to look at it.

i dunno if everyone just missed my post entirely but if you bothered to calculate it i'd already bid 1.146m and that wasn't even including the top small

Yeah I missed it, Sorry I read it, did the math wrong . . . When I asked via PM what the top bid was, she told me it was for a castle deed for the spots able to hold the keep.

Let me re-do my offer

Not to under cut you, but the 1.2 mill for the 3 properties, is no different than 1.35 mill for all properties

Of course the ONLY thing I care about is 2,3,4 myself, but to make it smoother for Matron to just dump them all, and have no problems, I figured I wouldnt even try to get just the prime houses.
