Most definitely a dirt plot.
First of all, security is the best. (Only people I give access to can get on it)
Deco? I can put so much on the dirt plot for everyone to see
wait... wait a minute this isn't trammel. I'd say a tower, although I've never owned a keep or castle.

I always liked the L Shapes. They have that "homey" feeling that towers/keeps/castles didn't have.
Villas were very cool.
I quit before customizable housing went in, but it almost made me come back to OSI just to see what I could come up with. If I had one wish for non-T2A stuff it would be the UO:R houses and/or customizable houses. Everything else can go straight to the trash can.
