i'm inclined to think people who say they place towers in just "empty spots" here are talking bs. i spent a few hours a few months back searching for a large brick spot and was unable to find one. granted i don't have a great eye for it, but i did cover a fair portion of the map looking for a spot. i believe there are spots for LBs for sure but tower+ im not so sure

It just fluctuates because housing collapses. I took a hiatus and when I started playing again I noticed in front of my small that there was an empty spot where there used to be a two story, so I snagged it. If you go to the far north and run around you'll see some open ground, but the only way a tower spot is available is if something blocking it collapsed recently.

Not true I placed 2 Towers in the past 2 weeks and gave away a spot were one also fit all 3 spots were wide open for some time befor I placed them.
The spots are there they are hard to find but they are there, as for 2 story Ls they are very placeable.

if you look in jill stihl's housing map, i'll bet you there's something in your tower spots. i tore town a small house a few weeks after i started and the next day someone has placed a large brick there. i didn't even consider a large brick fit there

Not going to argue with you I really don't care what you have to say I will just keep finding house spots for people and giving them away for free.
The last tower I palce the spot has been open for well over 6 months I ran past it every other day and never was a thing there. Kept wondering how long it would take for someone to palce one there so just placed one for myself.

Placing are out there people don't waste your gold buying a placed house.

not arguing with you im just saying if there are tower spots they're probably due to housing falling

i spent hours looking for a house spot and i'm not entirely dumb. those hours could've been used making gold and i ended up purchasing from another player anyway, so opportunity cost i lost out on that gold for running around like a chook. just something to consider for players looking to place and not make the same mistake of wasting their time. that time could be spent making 10s of thousands of gold and using a portion that gold to purchase

maybe if you really know what you're doing its not so difficult and worth the time, but most players dont really know where the best places are to look (myself included)
