You can get ahold of Ryan which is the manager of runuo ir Zippy which is incharge of making the changes on the server. Who cares what they use ? There currently the heavyweights of Ultima online free shards and the many shards that are out there are the lightweights, learning from them. If you need the exsact breakdown, my best bet would be contact them. I just know the % they used because this was an issue there. So before your blurp out and make little to no sense, do the research yourself its really not that hard, kthxlol
