The correct macro will be this:
"By Azura! By Azura! By Azura! It's the Grand Champion!
I can't believe it's you! Standing here next to me!"
Please record that and play it everytime you come across me. thanks.

I think merely putting unequipping runebook to your backpack would be sufficient.
