I would say Yew Bank Patio because that house will make you money if you like to trade. The Skara 7 by 7 house I think is a cool spot thats not listed.

Too many 7x7 houses in this poll. Not a single castle. Most of these smalls aren't ever used or regularly lived in.

The is a beautiful small inside it's own little mountain-surrounded oasis, with only a spot for the small. It sold here earlier this year for 2 million. I covet that house.

I think any land near a farming spot like a good dungeon or near water to fish/launch a ship would be great. In 1998ish T2A I had a tower between the Delucia passage the shrine of honor. It was nice, I could fish easily and launch my ship for treasure hunting.

I'm not sure why the tower outside Hythloth isn't on this list. kthx.
