I'm looking to buy straight up cloth for tailoring, bolts/cloth/cotton/wool I care not. Will pay 1gp/cloth in whichever form you choose (50gp/bolt, 40gp/wool, 60gp cotton). I'm on IRC most of the time, just hit me up. Will buy as much as you want to sell.
