I was ressed with stat loss but I'm finding it extremely hard to regain my skills
for example I had around 90+ meditation and now its at 70.9, I've been macroing for over 2 hours with only 0.02 gain
I remember gaining meditation to be way easier at that skill level...any comment on this?

Meditation gains are based on mana level and skill level. At 70 meditation you should try meditating at somewhere between 20-40% mana.
If you're succeeding at meditating every time, its probably not low enough.
If you're failing every time, its probably too low.
You want to get somewhere in between, you will get fails, but with successful meds you will start gaining as your meditating.
I am new here, so my input may not be correct, but from what I've read/done I think it is.

Meditation no longer gives passive "tick" gains while meditating.

I'm already using that described system... very rarely do I gain. Meditation is supposed to have a chance to gain upon mana increase while meditating....almost no gains at all

Im not trying to gain passivly
currently im meditating at 30-35 mana

You only gain when you "use" the skill, not while you are in meditation.

Rather than a new post. is there a chart anywhere for the exact statloss percentage anywhere? I had 11 counts(at least 10 short) and resed. I took about a 10.5 loss to my GM skills and about a 9 loss to my 76 resist.

◦Although thou hast slain the innocent, thy deeds shall not bring retribution upon thy return to the living.
Does this show that you will not have stat loss?
I waited till my murderer had this message and ressed without stat loss but i wanna make sure that this is what im looking for and it wasnt some kinda fluke.

That message generally means you won't have stat. It is easier to just see if the message is Blue: Safe to Res, Red: time to macro

This statement confused me somewhat. For short term counts, do you have to be logged in for them to decay? Or will they decay while offline also?
