A variety npc sold neon hair dyes for over a mill back in the day when a hair dye cost you about 200k in trophy's trough the system. Also sold fireworks wands for 25k. No one in their right minds would have even considered buying on from the npc . This was nearly two years ago and neon hair dyes have not been issued since. Im sure someone credible can verify this... blackfoot perhaps?

neon hairs are only available via silver turn in at 200 silver per.

That's not the point. You claimed that Derrick said these items would no longer be available after the CUB. Do you know for sure that people did not stock up from the Variety NPC for 1mil each? No you don't. I am only correcting your attempt at misdirection. It was not nearly 2 years ago either.
