It mean exactly what it says. There are people on the shard that have a rune to the courtyard, which is the same as saying "i have a rune to outside of your Large Brick".
In other words, make sure you do what you would always do. Setup tables and use detect hidden.

TJ said he did not have a rune. I did not advertise this house as being secure because I was not sure and clearly TJ is a liar. That is no concern to me. You can place a small outfront and put a recall rune in a secure and recall straight in and have it all blocked off. That makes it secure, sure u still have to detect but it is still a great convenience to have a castle.

paradox sold it for 1,6mill to Tj because it wasnt rlly secure and on ice, Tj told me he also sold it to Ardos for 1,6 mill for the same reason " or a neon hair dye".
i think this is what paradox wanted to say with "its not worth more than 1,6"
but i think its still a good castle and maybe worth the listed price...

It was Calista's Castle originally, then Cerns, then mine, then Cerns again, then paradox's, then Tjs , and now ardos?
Thats castles been passed around more that Felix's mom! (and hes got a rune too)
