Actually I posted the sale at the start of Febuary, Febuary 8th to be exact by the first post. I was the only owner thus far as I am the placer of them .

I love how the post says "new lower price" Yet the price has been set higher then ever. Now it's only 2.5m a keep and tower next to each other.

Ahhh Beatingu I am sorry the title upset you I will make sure to fix it. It is true I had lowered the price, but after you told me that your keep alone in KA was worth 2.5 mil because of location and had a buyer for it I figured then that a bridged keep and tower right by a mountain reange and ocean would easily be worth atleast the same. No hard feelings man, sorry we could not work it out so you could build your crew town there

I will accept the trade offered by Beatingu, auction is closed. after discussions with Jalfe he will be purchasing an undisclosed house. I am currently at work so hit me up later for the trade. There are two ways I am willing to do this. Method one is you transfer your keep and L shape to me first and then I will transfer ownership of the keep and tower. Method two is we get a trusted broker. Either way works for me.
Also if you still want the stairs removed I will be happy to remove the stairs before the trade

Trading Landcaster my keep and lshape upfront in KA town, he will then transfer me the keep and tower he owns in turtle bay on the south eastern coast just above my castle on the water. Agreed?
