Could someone give me some time periods for rares?

I just want to know the most ridiculous rare-respawn rates. (and the quickest?)

I'm curious.

I think fastest is a couple of hours, slowest 21 days or so.

Thanks. I would love to know which one is the slowest (so it would probably be the most valuable? I would assume the sandstone?
