Ah, sorry bboywei. The auction for the small miner ended a couple of hours ago (48 hours after Nero placed his bid), however, if I can't get in contact with Nero, then you will hold high bid, and the auction will be extended another 48 hours. I'll let you know.
Also, thanks for your bid on the towers Faber. Auction for the towers will end on Sunday, June 26th at 1:33am central time if no other bids are made. I have no problem selling them for below my listed buyout.

Update:
Got in contact with Nero and the small mining house has been sold for deed + 20k. He handed deed and gold, and I gated to house and transfered. Smooth smooth deal. Thanks Nero.

Faber with the high bid atm of deeds + 60k. Auction ends tonight if no other bids are made.
Also adding a pic of the inside. The winning bidder can have the items inside of the middle tower (only tower with stuff in it) if they so choose.

There is a T-map rune library, some Vanq/Power/Silver weps, magic armor, Invis/Reflect/Teleport items, a bunch of level 1 t-maps, some level 3-5 t-maps (4 of them), a boat, some ingots (a few iron, and some other colored ingots), some G-heal/Thunder/Mana drain/ID wands and staves, some empty bottles, and a bunch of colored sandals.
