As I said last night, in game, I would like to add something to the deco of the Keep as a memorial in your honor.
If anyone has any ideas of what might be the best way to pay homage to the years of time Johnny has played here, I would appreciate a PM or suggestion in the open.

I believe the best idea so far was from Chainsoar who suggested a pile of Luca heads.

I have been overseeing this somewhat saddening transaction and would first like to say that Johnny's presence cannot be made up for and he will be sorely missed by those of us who have known him over the years.

With regards to Blaise's request, the terms he has outlined are correct based on our conversations in IRC and elsewhere. I will be handling the receiving of payments from Blaise from beginning to end and will transfer funds to Johnny weekly as the houses are transferred to Blaise and Co.
The general order of transfer will be 3 castle deed deposit for Castle and Tower, with the proceeding houses being transferred after each payment is made, totalling 10 300k payments for the 5 other houses, or lump sums as their bank accounts allow.

I currently have 4.5m worth of Deeds in my bank and about 100k cash or so.
We may be able to make this a complete transaction by the end of the week, if we continue to progress like this.

All remaining homes but Patio have been transferred and one Large Brick deed withheld until Johnny finishes moving out.
