Your not alone Fallstand.. I've brought this up as well.. don't know what it is (nobody seems to know) I have good tracerts and usually really good ping.. doesn't matter: I get tons of lag.. bugs me too as I play for PVP mostly and can't/won't bother getting out there if this problem persists

Well its saying I'm pinging 32 but I still notice lag...i didnt really notice the lag until I changed my music folder to the old t2a music folder. Could that be causing a problem by any chance?

Some users running under Vista have had client problems related to the music. Try turning off the music and see if the lag stops.
