Are you kidding? You "...see no point..." in a process that could ultimately destroy them? Perhaps, 400k is chump change to you, but it is a lot of money to my friend. And it doesn't matter how he got them, if we were to take your advice, he'd either make 1 mil. (give or take) or nothing at all.

Why don't you buy them Sandro, and then you can either destroy them yourself or end up making a profit of 550k. Make an offer on my post where I actually have them for sale.

I don't think you're going to get what you want unless you:

A. Submit to a beat test or
B. Accept an offer much less than what you are looking for
