it looks like meddler was swindled! 11:56 on Dec 1st it ended? Then December second he loses the house! This is why I'm assuming he wrote "Hmmm"..

Sorted this out with meddler as soon as I made contact with him and it was my impression that he and I are on very good terms. Thank you for meddling
